thunderbird 文字サイズ変更の仕方

私はthunderbirdを使っている。フォントの設定は使用するフォント名程度しかできない。
標準的なthunderbird だと、こんな感じになる。

ツールバー、フォルダのフォントをもうちょっと小さくできたらいいな、と思い、いろいろ調べたら、
こんなものを見つけた。

英語だけど、興味ある方は翻訳ソフトで訳して見て下さい。

試しに、
プロファイル配下の chrome フォルダ内の userChrome.css に以下の設定を追加して、

.alertBox, toolbar, tooltip, tab, .button-text, groupbox,
textbox, window, tabbox, statusbar, wizardpage, label,
menubar, menu, menuitem, menubutton, menulist, menupopup, dialog > * {
font-family: "Adobe Helvetica" !important;
font-weight: normal !important;
font-size: 8pt !important;
}

再起動したら、できたじゃありませんか！！！。
